Non-Returnable

All products purchased from our website are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. We do not accept returns due to change of mind, personal preference, incorrect size selection, or any other reason.

Non-Returnable Items

• Used or worn products
• Products without original tags or packaging
• Products damaged due to improper use or handling
• Customized or special-order products, if any
• Products where the customer has changed their mind

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product as proof. After verification, we may arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
